Delivery

We take great care in ensuring that your furniture gets to you in perfect condition.

After all you brought it new it should arrive new.

We normally only deal with U.K mainland deliveries, although if you see something on our site that you like, then we will help you get the furniture to where ever you are.
Delivery to out side UK mainland does not fall in our delivery prices. Please call for a quote.

Delivery is charged at £24.99 + vat, on all orders under £500.
Delivery is free on all orders over £500, this is after any discounts or special offers.

When your order is ready for delivery, we will call you to see when you are able to accept the order. Please make sure once you have set a date, you are there to collect as failure to accept the goods could severely delay you getting your order. We also reserve the right to charge you for a re-delivery. This will be charged at the full cost of delivery.

Please notify us if there are any special conditions to getting to your property.

This could include, narrow roads, one way streets etc...
This will help our delivery team, and get your furniture to you quicker.

Although we aim to get the furniture to you as quickly as possible there can be a delay of up to 16 weeks on some furniture. This is mainly on our reproduction range as it is all made to order, and by that very nature can take time. Our modern ranges are normally delivered within 3 - 8 weeks. If you are unsure about delivery times please call us to confirm.

Returns and Refunds

We offer 10 day return policy, if the received items are not as ordered.
We shall gladly refund the purchase price of the item (excluding P&P Cost).
Please email us for agreement prior to returning the item/items.

Please email us: admin@crawleysfurniture.co.uk and fully explain the problem with attached photos if possible. Please keep the original packaging.

Payment

We currently accept payments via cheque, paypal or google checkout. To pay via cheque please send cheque to address found on the contact us page, making cheques payable to Crawleys Furniture Ltd.

Paying via paypal or google checkout is safe, quick and easy and helps us to keep down the price of your furniture.Paypal and google checkout can accept any type of card and both offer fraud protection with a 128 bit secure server.
