A work of art.... Our Rococo Bed is a Loius XV design classic that is now matching the Sleigh and Four Poster in popularity. Used by many hoteliers to add a WOW factor to their superior rooms, this bed will never dissappoint. The intricate carving and fretwork detail takes over 2 weeks to produce and the finished item is just incredible. Matching bedsides, dressing table and wardrobe are also available.
Superb hand carved Rococo style bed, the headboard carved with vines, flowers and rosettes, on a carved claw foot and supported with a slatted base. Height to headboard 152cms. Height to footboard 55cms. Height to slats 35cms.
Finish: Beeswax - Our standard finish is of a medium gloss appearance, which is achieved by hand polishing using beeswax to a very high standard. This is the easiest finish to maintain, with only a quality beeswax or wax polish applied occasionally to maintain a beautiful, long lasting lustre or patina.
Please note that colour matching is not an exact science! As we use solid woods, the variation in colour may differ slightly in individual pieces this is due to the wood grain, we will make every effort to ensure the items match as closely as possible. If placing an order for a number of items, these will be finished together, providing a closer colour match, wood grain will once again, slightly alter the final finish.
